Transporting the VVan

After more thought on costs associated with transporting the VVan, we may just take the high speed ferry from Juneau to Skagway and save about $600.00. The drive from Skagway to the U.S. border is about 2 - 3 days. After reviewing the cost of ferrying to Bellingham - cabin, passenger fares, and vehicle fare, it seems riduculous to spend the time and money on the ferry south. If we travel via Skagway, it is a short couple of hours! Just have to make sure we still can get through Canada with an Alaska driver's license. Stay tuned.
